You'll find it easier to exercise after the cleanse, but don't let that stop you from pushing yourself to exercise while doing it. It is imperative that you continue those exercises EVERY DAY during the cleanse. You'll have plenty of time to rest after it's over. > > After the cleanse is completed, I'd recommend 2 months of good exercise (every other day is fine here), and then do the cleanse again. > > Just remember. I have Type II Diabetes and went into kidney failure earlier this year from the use of overprescribed diuretics for congestive heart failure. I had the same syptoms of sensitivity to cold. I absolutely could not feel warm no matter what I did. I was sleeping under 6 blankets at a time. I was eventually left with 50% kidney function. Please get this checked out just to make sure you don't have a problem with your kidneys. Because of my kidny problems, I could not take my diabetes meds and had to turn to alternative health to treat my diabetes. I have lowered my HgA1C to 5.4 and the diabetes educator in my HMO has even invited me to help her teach the diabetes class! I'm so glad I gave my daughter a chance to help me before going on insulin! Take good care of yourself, Angie King
Guest guest
one thing i would check out ... is the thyroid . a non-working or underproductive thyroid can cause being cold . if your temperature is consistently below 98.6 in the morning BEFORE moving in or out of bed , your thyroid is low . there are several tests that can be run to find out on a " medical " basis , but none are as accurate as the temperature taking .
