Cleanse finishing-? on bowel movements

OK.I am nearly done with the cleanse (will post about that tomorrow)

but before I started I was very regular with 2 bowel movements a day

and the same time every day. Since the cleanse, if I don't take the

intestinal cleanse I get only 1 bowel movement most days. I can take

the intestinal cleanse every day but will this go back to normal where

I will not have to take it to get my 2 movements in? And do I tell by

just not taking it one day and see if there is 1 or 2?

This is not unusual Marci, and happens all the time.

Once you finish the cleanse, and come off of the IC, you'll normalize, as long as you don't go back to your bad old eating habits. ;-)
