Hi Doc, Do you mean that I can terminate my type 1 diabetes for good? Or just keep it from causing any complications that I already have? Either one sounds good to me. I was 21 when I was diagnosed with type 1, insulin dependent diabetes in 91. So it has almost been 15 years. I was put on insulin right away of course. For those that do not know the difference between type 1 and 2 diabetes, type 1 is autoimmune. The beta cells of the pancreas that produce insulin is destroyed by the immune system, so we types do not have any insulin at all. We have to take insulin shots via syringe or insulin pump. I have been on the pump for a bit over 2 years now. There are a few complications that I have endured over the years. High bloood pressure and high cholesterol( both controlled by meds, diet and being loved). I have sufffered

in the past from acid reflux disease and spastic colon. Both of these contributed to almost daily bouts of diarrhea for years. A gastroenterologist did a colonscopy and gastroscopy and found these 2 culprits to be the cause of my diarhhea. Taking nexium and pamine pretty much took care of the problem, albeit a few bouts here and there. Its been a good year that I stopped taking nexium and pamine. Nexium for acid reflux and pamine for spastic colon(nerve damage). Do you suggest any of these body cleanses for type 1 diabetics? The last month or 2, I have been having some bouts of diarrhea and after my wife and I talked things over and came to a conclusion, we aggreed that I consume way too much acidic foods and not enough basic foods. And since I am very sensitive to acidic and high fiber foods, this has supplemented to the causes of diarrhhea. I have seen your ph chart and notice that I do indeed comsume more acids then bases. I do eat bananas, potatoes, almonds, carrots, soymilk, brocoli and many other veggies, but most will not fill me up for long. It is the breads, pastas, peanut butters, fruits, multi grain breads, etc that do. I am working on this though. Sorry for the long post. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks Robert "Dr. Ian Shillington" <DocShillington wrote: Dear Robert, You should terminatedly handle your type 1 diabetes. This can be done. For the most part, exercise is the answer with this one. Dear Robert,

I can be terminatedly handled regardless of "type", and insulin can become a thing of the past from hereon out. Not really that difficult actually. It is the Medicos that say this disorder is "incurable", when their regimens actually contribute to the condition. Whyyyyyyyyyy, I bet they've even taken you off of fruit!!!!

They have no clue.

You should call the office at the number below and order my entire lecture series. It is an eye opener, and one of the things I cover in detail is Diabetes. I'm currently working with a gal in CA who lost four of her toes and was scheduled to have the "big" toe on the same foot removed a week ago. The whole front part of her foot was loaded full of gangrene and was not only dead, but stinking to high heaven. She'd been following the Medico's advice for years as they carved away at her foot during all this time, one toe at a time.

After one week on my Incurables program (designed specifically for diabetics) her numbers came down and stayed down. Last week I got a report from her and the entire foot had stopped stinking and she was noticing some feeling where there had been none. The color is starting to come back.

I expect a 100% full recovery.

This can be done.

Hi Robert - just a thought - could the cold be related to your thyroid being underactive. I'm sure they've probably checked you for this, but just thought I'd throw it in. I used to be cold all the time with very cold hands and feet. I'm not sure about natural methods for thyroid control, but would love to hear some because I'm determined NOT to take any more medications from the pharmaceutical giants and right now I'm on 100 mcg of Synthroid.

Hello, Juat thought i'd let you know i'm almost totally weaned off my synthroid. It took me a few months but from my thryroid barely funtioning its back to normal. I got my blood test to prove it. I only take one pill a week and hope to stop withing 6 months. Juicing is what a belived worked along with kelp powder, coconut oil. Vit e is in there too. When juicing use mostly greens- ciletro, zuccine, parsley, carrets and the most important is about a half a beet a day. Spot told me of a site tuberose.com. It got me started on what was good for me. One other thing, If you use soy make sure its organic, and limite dairy and cheese. I also have done colon cleanses and liver cleanses. I was also anemic. Fixed that too. For awhile I ate fresh liver twice a week. Now I take chelated iron once to twice a week. Get a heavy metal test done. I didn't like how high my mercury was, so in 2

months It went from 8 to 2.7. I'm much less fatigued and my kids can't keep up with me. Hope this info can help you. kittifishAnn Wooledge <annrn wrote: Hi Robert - just a thought - could the cold be related to your thyroid being underactive.
