Guest guest
Hi all, First of all I'd like to introduce myself: My name is Bella, I live in the Netherlands, Europe (which you might be noticing sometimes in my use of the English language). I'm almost done studying Herbal Medicine here, and I chose for my final paper the subject of 'herbal/natural birthcontrol'. I'm now looking for any information on the subject, wether mythical or accurate. I'm looking for herbal suggestions mostly, but also for other methods perhaps used in other socalled 'alternative healing' like acupuncture, homeopathy etc. For sure, this will ofcourse not be used as a guidance to actual practice of the information, I just chose the subject because it's interesting me personally. Therefor, it's not necessary to include recipes or anything, but i do find it very interesting if you do include them. I hope you can help me on this, and I hope to be able to help on this list someday soon, Greetings Bella De Groene Vrouw Kruidengeneeskundewww.groenevrouw.nl Groups are talking. We´re listening. Guest guest
Hi Bella, Check out Toni Weschler's book called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". It talks extensively about charting your cycles, checking fluids and cervical positions and is frankly, quite empowering to learn our bodies own natural rhythms. Another book of choice is Susun Weed's "Wise Woman Herbal for the Childbearing Year". She speaks of herbal birth control. These are two of my favorite books on the subject and you can find used copies at a very reasonable price if you check the online bookstores. (not sure if it was ok to mention the store's name on the list so I'll err on the side of caution) Best of luck.
