Guest guest
Hi, I would like some help with a bunion which has just started developing and getting a wee bit sensitive. Is there something natural which would calm this down or get rid of it? Thanks for your help! Jan

Guest guest
Dear Jan, Sorry about that as I didn't see your original post. What have you been wearing for shoes????? Tight shoes is the #1 cause of bunions. Love, Doc PS. Guest guest
Hi Doc, This request is for my 23 yr old daughter who walks all the time as she is in college and has been for the last four years. But it was not till we hiked up a mountain for just over two hours (and back down for an hour) in Taos, NM (beautiful!!) that her one foot started bothering her this past May. She was wearing tennis shoes. She doesn't wear tight fitting shoes, and has had no complaints till the mountain hike. I don't know if bunions are hereditary to some degree, but I had one bunion when I was in my 20's; and my Mom has bunions on both her feet. I'm wondering if taking something like turmeric would help the internal inflammation? And what to do externally? Thanks for your help! Guest guest
Hmmmm, sounds as if she may have injured herself and that it hasn't really healed or is healing incorrectly. Time to pull out the Deep Tissue Repair Oil and the BF & C (Bone, Flesh & Cartilage) Formula to be used along with some hydrotherapy (Hot & Cold), and massage (Foot Reflexology). This will handle the condition.
