3-day Juice Cleanse

Dear Members,

Please share your experiences regarding 3-day juice cleanse? I tried.

Only thing I observe " On third day, My weight reduced from 157 to 149.5

lbs. After couple of days, it came back to 157 lbs. Otherwise, I do not

see any change in my body. " If you have tried, what effects have you

seen?

I have been meaning to write this to thank the group and relay my experience on the Master Cleanse. I had been wanting to do this and the liver bomb for a while but it has been hard to find time (not to mention I am scared of the bomb which I still have not done yet). I gathered the ingredients and bought a nice Hamilton beach citrus juicer / press. We had a big BBQ on the 4th of July and I woke up on the 5th and my wife and I started the cleanse. I was shooting for a short 4 day one because of obligations. My wife can usually only go a few hours with out eating (fast metabolism), I am more like a camel. I figured she would never last. We did the diet teas at night and salt water flushes (SWF) in the morning. She was home, I went to work. Thursday I was in the bathroom like 6 times. Had cramps and decided after the SWF on Friday I was calling it quits. My wife quit only because I did, she could have gone much longer. Friday was mostly Fresh OJ, and some fruits. It took until Sunday evening for my stomach to recover, when we were to go out.The most amazing thing ever happened. For the last 2 weeks I have had the best bowel movements I can remember in over 20 years, maybe forever. It has changed me. Before this I would have excessive wiping and have to use moist towelets. No more, now only perfect poops! I have done fasts before, I have done enemas, I have had hemorrhoids (probably from the yucky poops and wiping), I have had colonoscopies. I have been on Priliosec, and nothing ever has helped. I am no longer self conscious about it. However, my wife did not see much if any difference.

This is after only about 2 1/2 days! I read you should do it for for at least 10, but I am thrilled!

I would love to hear any theories about what may have happened or what I may have had if anybody know.

Thanks for this wonderful list. I would never traveled this road if not led to it by you all.

I used it as part of healing acid reflux, ulcers, and damgaed esophagus due to the extreme acid reflux. That's still healing. Over a period of time I went from 186 lbs down to 160 lbs. I maintain that weight because I haven't returned to junk food. Also, because I haven't returned to junk food I'm off all heart medications. At it's height it was 275/128 with a steady heartrate of 108. After being off of all heart medications for 44 weeks my last 3 blood pressure readings were:103/72 hear rate 58, 107/64 heart rate of 59, 104/66 heart rate of 60. Now, I've done 5 of these 3 days juice fasts in the last 2 years, so it's not something you do just once.
