Guest guest
Can someone tell me why in the world i am freezing all the time? Not just cold, freezing. I wear sweatshirts everyday with socks and sometimes pants and at night I have to wear flannel pj bottoms and my big bathrobe. The temp is 78-79 in our house but feels like 50. I am in the last week of the cleanse and it seems to be worse since i've been cleansing. You'd think with taking cayenne I wouldn't get this but what is going on??????? Guest guest
I'm not a pro, but I've kind of experienced the same thing of always being cold at the hottest times of the year, in the hottest places I've been. Actually, i USE to experience those. But my guess was it was because of low blood circulation. I'm actually anemic, from low iron. So, when I was eating much or any iron at that, I would get cold quite often and be wearing a sweater outside in 90*. Maybe that's what you have going on too...I'm not sure. Examine your diet and food intakes and see if you notice anything. Are you lacking healthy and/or certain foods? Eating too much of others? Not eating much at all? Otherwise, maybe someone else will post a more accurate suggestion for your being cold. :-) herbal remedies , " Marci " <twilli55 wrote: > > Can someone tell me why in the world i am freezing all the time? Guest guest
I mostly have been walking for 30-45 minutes but every other day...if I do it every day my legs are so tired and then it seems like after a week or so my legs are just plain dead and tired so i've been doing every other day trying to work up that way. I do have to admit on the fast days and liver bomb day I didn't do much at all for exercise because my body felt just plain dead!!!!! Is that the reason? I'm guessing that the more I exercise then the less I will be cold? Because i'm keeping up the circulation? Is that a good guess? Guest guest
Hi Marci, I think you are right. I have that problem too. I am very senstive to extreme temperatures, espeically cold ones. I will be cold in 70 degree weather. Though with exercise this does improve. I recently got back to exercising and it is helping a bit I can tell. My improved ciculation helps keep me warm. Though with my temperature senstivities, it is due to neuropathy, which is related to my type 1 diabetes. Guest guest
Good guess Marci. You'll find it easier to exercise after the cleanse, but don't let that stop you from pushing yourself to exercise while doing it. It is imperative that you continue those exercises EVERY DAY during the cleanse. You'll have plenty of time to rest after it's over. After the cleanse is completed, I'd recommend 2 months of good exercise (every other day is fine here), and then do the cleanse again. Just remember. It took you many years to get into this condition, and just be thankful it might only take a few months to a couple of years to get out of it. Guest guest
Dear Robert, You should terminatedly handle your type 1 diabetes. This can be done. For the most part, exercise is the answer with this one. I too have a sensitivity to cold, but it is more mental. 25 years ago, I almost froze to death in the dead of winter in Northern British Columbia and spent 4 hours recovering from hypothermia in a bathtub that started with cold water (I thought it was boiling), graduating to warmer temperatures and finally to hot. I have to take a serious look at this (a very brief one though) before I go out in cold weather, and have to set my mind to what I'm doing. If I don't do this, a chill will hit me. And I know it's all in my head ;-) A couple of seconds of facing the issue and acknowledging it to myself always handles this. Hope this helps.
