The 10 day Master Cleanse (seems to be shorter but harder) or Doc's cleanse (longer but less intense)? I like them both should I do one then the next time do the other? I not only lost 20 lbs on his cleanse, but I felt better than I have in years. The Master Cleanse didn't do this for me.
