Hello,

I was wondering if Wild Yam is safe for PCOS. Well, I know

its " safe " but is it good to take throughout the cycle. I used

progestrone cream to bring on a period in the past, but never used

it all of the time...

toxicity from other treatments, and your baby will be much healthier.

ordered the freshly ground Wild Yam from herbspicetea.com. I also

bought from them " 00 " capsules for about $2.00 for 100 empty

capsules and an encapsulator for $12.00 and encapsuled it myself. I

took 4 capsules of 400 mg each in the morning and 4 capsules in the

evening. 1600 mg is the average dose 2 times perday. It has a

progesterone effect. It makes one's eggs sterile. If you want to

get pregnant, stop taking it, and your eggs will be fine. You have

to take it for 2 monthly cycles before it is 100% effective.

Absolutely Safe, and recommended.

I'd also recommend the Incurables Program to get rid of the PCOS.

Progesterone Cream is nothing more than a band-aid and its workability is very limited over the long haul.

You want the Female Formula as in the Files.

I've saved more women with this formula.

:-)
