Guest guest
Hi Cerise, There is no symptom or sign to show your eggs are infertile, or sterile. There is no danger of staying on Wild Yam Root even through menopause. It is also recommended for women with irregular cycles, as it regulates them. I have never heard of the Dr. John Lee camp. What have you read? Yes, anything I post can be used in another forum. I do understand everyone's hesitancy about taking Wild Yam Root. I was like that too. My opinion and experience is that it is 100% effective when taken as instructed! Thanks for your comments, and for your information about Latex. Guest guest
I do use wild yam. I have been using it now for about 3 months. I have noticed an improvement with my painful periods. I have had these since the age of 16. I am now 39. The painful periods came back last year after 15 years of continual birth control pill use. It's awful. My uterus actually contracts like a woman giving birth. I have never had children, but I know exactly what it feels like. It just knocks me off my feet. I can't work, go to the store or anywhere but my bed. Each month a notice a big decrease in the cramps since introducing wild yam root into the diet. It's going very well and I am going to continue using it.Danielle G. Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min. Guest guest
This is fine Danielle, but you should use the full Female Formula rather than just the Wild Yam which is only one part of it. Check this in the Files for the full recipe.
