Guest guest
There is a very serious deep chest cough that has been going around the country for the past several years. It is distinguished by the fact that once you get it, you keep it, it won't clear up on it's own. I personally think it is from the Anthrax attacks by terrorists, that powder sent to many institutions and businesses through the mail. It tends to show up in crowded areas and large institutions. Easily passed around and around. You hear a lot of people with this deep chest cough in some areas. For this, take Mahasudarshan. A combination of herbs from India. It builds the immune system and fights virus. If powdered, take about 1/4 tsp. 3 X a day until it clears up. Very bitter tasting, it goes down great mixed with V8 juice. I put it on the center of my tongue and chase is straight back with water, without touching the taste buds on the front or sides of my tongue. Most people simply mix it in a large glass of water. Please pass this information along when ever you come across someone weakened by that " nasty " persistent chest cough. On a side note, I take it year round for sinus congestion. And force it on my child at the first sign of a cough or cold, to prevent the illness from settling in.
Guest guest
Hi! Not only for congestive cough but for viral fever also Mahasudarshan is herb mixture of choice. Traditionally you should take it in decoction form for best results. Preparation method is as follows. 1 tsp. of Mahasudarshan powder + 1 glass of water(200 ml) -----Boil untill 1/2(100ml)---Let it cool down. Then drink it with 1 tsp of honey. This tastes bitter though. There are other choices of using it for other chronic ailments.
