Using Wild Yam as a birth control method

_,___ I took Wild Yam root for years as a birth control method. I ordered the freshly ground Wild Yam from herbspicetea.com. I also bought from them "00" capsules for about $2.00 for 100 empty capsules and an encapsulator for $12.00 and encapsuled it myself. I took 4 capsules of 400 mg each in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening. 1600 mg is the average dose 2 times perday. It has a progesterone effect. It makes one's eggs sterile. If you want to get pregnant, stop taking it, and your eggs will be fine. You have to take it for 2 monthly cycles before it is 100% effective.
