Guest guest
Good for you Vanessa. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I think it's the best way to go. Also, if there should be a slip and a woman does get preggers, at least you don't have to worry about having a baby that's been previously subjected to wierd hormones from other sources or toxicity from other treatments, and your baby will be much healthier. I ordered the freshly ground Wild Yam from herbspicetea.com. I also bought from them "00" capsules for about $2.00 for 100 empty capsules and an encapsulator for $12.00 and encapsuled it myself. I took 4 capsules of 400 mg each in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening. 1600 mg is the average dose 2 times perday. It has a progesterone effect. It makes one's eggs sterile. If you want to get pregnant, stop taking it, and your eggs will be fine. You have to take it for 2 monthly cycles before it is 100% effective. All this information is in a little booklet called, "Wild Yam Root, Birth Control Without Fear." I encourage this wholeheartedly. Vanessa Groups are talking. We’re listening.
