Guest guest
My husband has had knee surgery and needs to rebuild some bone and cartilage. He will be taking Total Nutrition, Deep tissue repair oil, and Coral Advantage with Glucosamine and MSM. My question is the Coral Advantage is also a muli-vitamin and mineral supplement. Is that and Total Nutrition going to be too much? I am just trying to make sure I am doing everything I can for his knee. He is a very active 49 year old. Thanks, Kim_,_._,___
Guest guest
Dear Kim, The Total Nutrition should be enough. Also, I have him taking the Lemon Egg Formula (easy recipe in the Files) and the Bone, Flesh & Cartilage Formula. To get really aggressive with his healing you could also use the Total Healing Poultice Powder in a poultice with DMSO directly on the knee. This multi pronged approach will bring dramatic results.
