Food cravings and MSG

We all have " bad " food cravings, but why? Dr. Hulda Clark wrote about

cravings briefly in " The Cure For All Diseases. " Is it salt, sugar

or fat that is being craved and why? She didn't know why.

When you break it down which type of craving it is, you can make a

better choice when you try to fulfill that craving with a more

healthful choice. But the yearning for i.e. french fries with

aluminum salt and nickel containing hydrogenated oil versus a simple

baked potato with butter and sour cream remains.

On the internet there are articles saying MSG causes food cravings

and obesity. One wants to keep eating. This excerpt is from the

truthinlabeling.org link that I posted before:

" Since 1969, researchers have known that MSG causes gross obesity.

Dr. Russell Blaylock tells us that early exposure to excitotoxins (as

found in MSG and aspartame) consistently produces gross obesity and

insulin resistant diabetes, just as we are seeing in our youth. Jack

Samuels tells us that although there are a number of causes for

obesity, there is no question in his mind that the main cause for the

obesity epidemic is the ever increasing use of MSG and aspartame -

free glutamic acid and free aspartic acid - in our food supply. "

The issue is the hidden sources of MSG in foods we think are free of

it, and the stored MSG in our bodies:

For anyone low on minerals, I would recommend in addition to a

changed diet some fresh raw scallops (the large ones), or raw

oysters, or raw fish (all with fresh lemon juice or a homemade dip)

until the craving for them is gone.
