I recently got my hands on some delicious, ripe, organic papaya and

wanted to dry the seeds, as Doc has previously suggested for the

wonderful enzymes. I know I will probably sound silly asking this, but

I have never actually had papaya live before, and I noticed there is

like a wet membrane around each seed. Do I need to squeeze every seed

dry of this little moisture bubble? Or should I just leave them sit

and it will dry up on it's own?

LOL Thanks so much!

Do NOT squeeze the seed out of the membrane.

Let the membrane dry on the seed. There are mucho enzymes in this membrane.

Don't rush 'em. ;-) You'll get there. LOL

My wife does 'em on a cookie sheet on the dining room table, and after a week puts them in a pepper mill. They are very spicey and delicious and excellent on all meals.

Love,

Doc
