Cleanse Question...

If one cannot do the total cleanse for time constraint or other

reasons, what would be the best " mini " cleanse. Intestinal, liver, or

something else??

 

I'm asking because I know I need the whole kit and kaboodle right now,

but it's not feasible at this time. I am having some serious dandruff

issues. I've changed my diet, changed my shampoo, used ACV everything

I can think of. Instead of getting better, I'm getting worse. It's

spread to my face, and if you can believe it... inside my ears. It

doesn't itch it just flakes everwhere, and the skin feels sore to the

touch. I don't use a lot of sugar, mostly honey - and not much of that

- to very lightly sweeten things.

 

I was wondering if a liver or intestinal cleanse might help. I'm

bordering on getting desperate.

Nowhere near as quick as the Total Body Cleanse, but it'll eventually git ya thar. ;-)
