Guest guest Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 I'm on this cleanse and in the mornings when I wake up until breakfast my mouth is extremely dry. even if i drink water.When I initially wake up it's so dry i cannot barely swallow. If you're on week two, remember the instructions at the bottom of that sheet = "Drink lots of distilled water as this part of the cleanse can delete moisture from your body. Remember to reread those instructions if you have to. I thought I was drinking enough water but maybe not...i will definately drink more.
