Hello,

My PMS symptoms start about a week, sometimes two before my period. I

tend to have long cycles so this is not uncommon.

The worse symptom I have is bloating. I get very bloated in my waist

and it can be very uncomfortable. I know my diet isnt the cause. I

drink about 100oz of water a day during that time of them month. I

run 3-8 miles 4 or so days a week. I ride my bike and lift weights. I

limit sodium to a small amount of Celtic sea salt (I sometimes have

low sodium in my blood). I sometimes drink dandelion tea to help with

that, but I am thinking I should probably drink it all the time. Is

that healthy? I also eat dandelion, but not every day.

Is their something else I can do to prevent the bloating?

Thanks!

Carla

Dear Carla,

You can drink all the Dandelion tea you want, though I'd throw in a couple of other herbs (the ones in the Liver / Gallbladder tea Recipe in the Files).

I'm also suspecting you have some hormones outa whack, and the way to handle this is with the Female Formula. With all you're doing in the exercise and diet department, a little Female Formula will go a long ways. My wife Valorie handled Menopause in 4 days (completely) using this formula. It is a wonder and no mistake. It has straightened out Menopause, PMS, and even young girls going through puberty.

This formula is a life saver.

Thanks! I will look into this. I do have PCOS so my hormones are

always out of wack, though I have been able to keep it in check for a

couple of years now through diet, excercise, foods and herbs.
