Doc and everyone,

I am so thankful for this list and am learning every day. I have begun to build an herbal medicine cabinet, and continue to read and study. Now I have a real need for personal help.

Two or three weeks ago (he didn't tell me about it at the time *sigh*) my husband inhaled some smoke. Since then, he has had a nagging cough and phlegm. When he finally told me about it last night, because it hadn't gone away and he was getting concerned, I went to my stash and pulled out Lobelia tincture, which I had ordered after reading the list. Now, my question is...how much?

Also, I have Astragulus tincture and want to know if this would be a good idea for strengthening? If so, how much?

Lastly, I also have BF & C in tincture form, and am thinking this would also be a good addition to help repair and tissue damage. Once again, what would be the appropriate dose?

Thank you in advance for helping this family take control of their own health.

Dear Marianne,

2 dropperfuls 3 times a day of the Lobelia.

Same for the Astragalus and the BF & C - he can even take 'em one right after the other.

This will straighten him out, but do not let him neglect exercise. A good stiff walk or run for 40 minutes where he works up a sweat would be very beneficial after he's taken the remedies.

Love,

Doc
