I'm on day 4 of the intestinal detox and have had diarrhea and nausea since this afternoon..nearly lost it a couple times. Anything you can do to help? I have a hard time exercising feeling like this too. Anything you can maybe eat to ease this? Seems everything I eat is giving me gas, or not digesting...boy oh boy.
