Can anyone give me advise on charlie horses (night time leg cramps).

My Mom and I both get them.

Mom is a senior and gets 1-6 every night.

I am 41 and pregnant.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Angie

I have the same question, except for my son, who is nearly 17. He's been getting them every night for the past weekd and a half. Thanks for advice!

Again:

1. Deep Tissue Repair Oil.

2. Lemon Egg.

3. Bone Flesh & Cartilage Formula.

4. Body Balance + Formula

These will help. So will Hot and Cold therapy. So will massage.

--- You and yours need Calcium BIG TIME! Chharlie horses rae almost

always caused bya lack of calcium. I have had 8 kids so I take my

calcium daily! Also, I went low carb several months ago and found I

had to up the calcium (meat has higher ratio of phosphouros and will

leach calcium from your bones if too much is taken in), anyway, I

was taking 2 capsules a day (600 mgs plus Vitamin D) and had to up

my intake to 4 capsules a day (2am/2pm) as I was getting charlie

horses again. They have stopped. Also, if you get eye " tics " (muscle

spasms near the eye) this is a classic symptom of calcium deficiency.
