Does anyone know or get dizziness before bowel movements sometimes? I

get this sometimes between 5-20 before a bowel movement--noticed it is

mostly when my food is undigested. I have been taking enzymes with

everything-sometimes two and I am still getting undigested food.

Anyone know what the cause of this is???

Dear Marci,

You eatin' anything you shouldn't??????

Eat more Pineapples and Papayas. Also, save your papaya seeds, dry them out and put in a pepper mill. These will contribute to the Enzyme caps you're already taking and will goose up their strength. Remember to take an Enzyme cap with every meal or drink.

Best,

Only what's on the list-ezekiel bread in the am, fruit, veggies,

olive oil and garlic--that's all...I will eat some pineapple. I have

been taking enzymes and 2 at dinner with my salad since it doesn't

break down as well. Been having headaches and a stomach jab here or

there but nothing else.

Try cutting back on the bread.

Add more fresh raw veggies to the regimen.

It could be something as simple as the "cooked" in the bread.

When you get to the point you are, you have to add and subtract these things one at a time to see what is causing what.
