Guest guest
Sassy I too am covering the same type of area injury. I am a flight attendant, but went to Ireland for a vacation, twisted my ankle on those lovely cobblestone roads. I just got my foot out of a short foot cast, with my 2nd to pinky toe. It had chipped a bone and dislocated the top of the toe, overextending the ligaments. Just got out of a short cast now in a up-to-knee cast. The dr. said I have torn the ligaments in my ankle. My brother said to try DMSO My nutritionist has me on primidopolis, vit c, calcium, and some others. If you know of anything that helps your injury, please send it to me,,,,I'll do the same. Take care Tinasassy7867 <micheletx wrote: hello. i fell in a hole and twisted it it got better and 2 months later i fell again this time was worse I wear a brace I am a waitress and took two weeks off of work it seemed to get better I didnt really at the time it was the bone on the right side that was hurt if someone bumps in to me or I loose my balance it is extreemly painful now im off work again I have never fractured or broke anything except for my left pinky in looking for something that will heal i am now on crutches stuck in this house drives me nuts anything that any of you know may help please do tell thank you Messenger with Voice. Guest guest
Dear Tina, Everything you've been advised so far is good, especially the DMSO. Now! Add the Deep Tissue Repair Oil (in the Files), and the BF & C Tincture (Bone, Flesh, and Cartilage also in the Files), you'll notice a very fast healing. The only other thing to add to your regimen is Hot & Cold Therapy. You can do this in the shower, by using a shower wand or by using Ice Packs and a Heating pad. Have your significant other gently massage the DTR Oil into the area.
