Guest guest
Hello Micki, I recently heard that by taking 3 tablespoons of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar like Braggs (DO NOT USE DISTILLED!! it's robbed of all its nutrients) for 3 days that there should be noticible improvement if its an actual heal spur. It's worth a try. I heard there are alot of good reasons to include Organic ACV in ones diet. Here are a couple sites I found that might interest you. http://www.celestialhealing.net/applecider2.htm http://www.anyvitamins.com/apple-cider-vinegar-info.htm Do a google search on Apple Cidar Vinegar and you'll find more information. Both my husband and my chiropractor suspect it is a heel spur. Any ideas as to what natural remedies would help this would be great. Thank you. - - Glenda ### > > Hello Glenda, many years ago I had to commute to the city, where I had to walk across the river to the building I worked in. The exercise was great, but my feet hurt so bad. I learned never, never walk in fancy shoes. I learned to save my money and purchase the best walking shoes I could possibly afford. But before I learned this I suffered the whole nine yards of problems with my feet. Amazing the difference a good pair of walking shoes made. I had friends who had to get orthotics for their walking shoes, they had murdered their poor feet so bad and the damage could not be undone. I am a die hard, I believe we can reverse anything. I have purchased the gel cushions that fit inside my shoes from time to time. Amazing how they take the pressure off of a heel spurs and stone bruises but many things come into play here. My daughter is almost a foot taller than me and a big woman, she has horrid problems with her feet. I finally convinced her to stop wearing heels. She now invest in sensible walking shoes. I saw a special on 20/20 last night about women having surgery to make their feet fit into these spiky high heel shoes. Now that is extreme if you ask me, what is our world coming to? Love and light and good luck with those tender feet of yours. > > Hugs, > Micki > _______________ >
