of all Soy crops produced in the USA today are now GMO. You need to rent the Video "The Future of Food", and this will give you all the documentation you need on the subject. . Let's use the word catastrophic .. best is to stay away from Soy altogether until this industry cleans up its act. I never eat soy any more in any form, as it's just too risky.

I know.

You have to be an avid lable reader nowadays.

I used to swear by that product myself.

I get my Tamari Sauce directly from Japan and use it very sparingly even though it's considered to be 100 Organic and made from sprouted beans.
