I am in a wheelchair (post encephalitus syndrome)so excercise is a bit limiting but I stretch and strengthen as much as 4 times a week. I have spasticity so I have to be careful but my disability is a use it lose it kind of thing. I plan to buy a hand cycle in the future to try to get some kind of cardiovascular work out. I do not drink often, just the occasional glass of red wine. I don't smoke but use too so I have broncial asthma. I am taking Advair, Albuterol and Allergera. I am 40 pounds over weight and my eating is sporatic.
