Guest guest
I just soaked my first batch of almonds...I soaked for 12 hours and then drained...do I then just put them in the fridge to eat as I wish or do they need rinsing more and more? I didn't know if they had to be rinsed morning and night as the others do because they're done in 12 hours...Can I eat these after they've soaked? Help! I'm looking for anything else to eat on this cleanse besides fruits and veggies LOL LOL Marci
Guest guest
8 hours would also do the trick. You can put them in the Fridge damp or you can dehydrate them first or you just eat 'em when done. They actually taste much better sprouted (germinated). Keep being inventive, and post any ideas you come up with to the list.
