I need to lower them. 3 yrs ago I got busy and quit dairy, butter especially,and fats. I am not good about being right on the money so I am sure that I got fat enough times. Butter though is my downfall and none of that. Right now I am taking the garlic and like it, not to stinky. kerley983 *** Garlic is good, but start exercising and with diet you can get these under control. It doesn't happen instantly, It takes awhile, just keep at it. With exercise and good eating habits you can get on top of this situation. I like a little butter on my food sometimes, but I exercise and watch everything I eat. I do all things in moderation and it has made a huge difference in my life, also I'm 62 and look and feel much younger.
