Guest guest
I have a question for Doc, or anyone else who can give me good info on this topic. What specific nutrients are depleted by labor and delivery? Here is the situation. I am pregnant with multiples (suspected higher order multiples ie triplets or more) I am scarfing down the TN which is a life saver. I generally have more energy than with my last child and there was only one baby that time. Here is the thing, I am looking for what will be specifically depleted in childbirth-- labor will deplete somethings, loss of blood others etc. I really want to be able to get myself back together as quickly as possible for my familys sake, and also the sake of nursing. If anyone has any tips please let me know. Ramona
Guest guest
Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphur and Iron can be depleted rather rapidly. Potassium and Sodium can also go by the boards. This is why a nutritional supplement is mandatory while preggers. I insist that all my clients be on the Total Nutrition. This has it all including the B-Complex vitamins that can also be robbed. With a multiple show like you're expecting, you could be taking the TN 3 times a day and it wouldn't be a waste. I'd also recommend MSM, Goat's Whey and UDO's Oil. If they don't gag you (morning sickness and all), two raw eggs a day would also be very beneficial.
