You actually have a file titled how to have a healthy baby. You mentioned what you recommend a women does before becoming pregnant. Switching to organic and doind a total body cleanse. You mentioned that there would be modification for a women who was allready pregnant. So specifically I need to know if I can do a total body cleanse when I am pregnant. I wouldn't think so but I have several conditions I would hate to wait to clear up (allergies, clogged ear etc.) until I have a baby although I do not even yet know if I am pregnant I may be. Secondly I am breastfeeding and want to know if I can do a cleanse then ( I am only breastfeeding 2 times a day. If this is not advised then I will stop breastfeeding as she is 15 months old and can get her nutrition elsewher if she has to) Thank you for your time. This is the site I have been looking for over 10 years I am so glad to have found it. > BLue >
Guest guest
Yes you can if you really are preggers, but you need to go slow and it does depend on the condition you're in. If you're in excellent shape physically, I'd say there would be no problem. If there are health issues, you want to go slowly and cut back the moment you notice a non-optimum condition developing. Throwing yourself into a full Total Body Cleanse while pregnant is not advisable. You want to start off slowly and build up to the full cleanse. Could take twice as long, but well worth it for both you and the baby. However, if you're still breast feeding, there is a large possibility that you are NOT pregnant. Most women have no periods the entire time they're breast feeding and ovulation has stopped during this time (the body giving itself a rest). If this is the case, you can go whole hog on the Cleanse, though don't be surprised if your baby weans herself while doing it. When you get to the Liver / Gallbladder part of the cleanse, some of the Garlic may get into the breast milk and the baby may decide it's time to quit ;-) At her age, this would be OK as long as you have an Organic Healthful diet for her to switch over to. Guest guest
4 altogether 2 of which were conceived on birth control so by number 3 they tried to give it to me and I said " ARE YOU NUTS!!!!! " I nursed all 4 kids and adam was only 6 months old when I realized I was pregnant again for alex. so I nursed adam till he was a year and shortly thereafter started all over again!!! I did get my tubes tied with number 4 as my pregnancies were significantly getting shorter. Started at 38 ended at 34, and it was a HUGE struggle to get him there.
