I have taken turkey burger, then taken the garlic press and used 2 or 3 cloves on the larger side, cooked it rare side but while it was raw, took a fork and pressed the garlic down, then put another piece(Pattie) on top of where the garlic was pressed down with the fork. It is simply put two patties I think you can figure it out. I have also made it just thinly slicing the garlic,.

 

Another one is, I take egg beaters then put a lot of spinach on top of the egg beaters, along with the same garlic sliced or pressed. I have no trouble eating this. in fact I like it. sharon
