Guest guest
Dear Becky, You want to call Mary Ostrowski at: 360-299-4303 She is not only a moderator of this list, she is a cracker jack Herbalist in Washington State who I personally trained, and runs the Organic Solutions Association in that State. We don't have an associate in Idaho at this time, but who knows what the future will bring on that. :-) In Health, Freedom, and Love, Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - Becky herbal remedies Saturday, July 01, 2006 7:32 PM Herbal Remedies - Question for Doc Doc,Some time ago I asked you for the name of a naturopath that you would trust sending me to when I had problems that I felt like I needed someone to see me in person for those problems. You graciously and kindly gave me the name of one to go to.Well, my computer crashed and along with it I lost the name of that naturopath. Could you please, please, please send me that name and contact information again???? I live in Spokane, Washington. I would like to know if there is one in Idaho, as well, since we live so close to the Idaho border. So, one for Washington and one for Idaho.Thank you so much!Becky

Guest guest
Hello, If I understand you correctly your baby is having troubl pooping? My 3 sons had same problem. If you can't feed, get goatmilk. Mine had no more trouble after that, and they were happy babies after that. At one year they could handle anything then. good luck KittifishEibhlin <eibhlinyah wrote: Hi Doc,I have had my baby girl Who is now 6 weeks old today on I.F.#3 for 8 days.. have slowing went up on the drops and she is now taking 19 drops, today she finally has had 1 good bowl movement and 1 little one.. Guest guest
are you doing tummy massages? i had the same issue with my first son. once we started getting more magnesium and doing tummy massages (clockwise from the lower right side, with some emphasis on the valves located between the sides of the body and the naval,) he slowly recovered from the chronic constipation and straining. you can actually feel if there are any lumps in the colon while doing the massage. you can feel the gas bubbles moving as you make your way around. also, putting her knees to her chest while she's trying to go will help a bit. feel free to write me personally for more info. i've been through this, and it was very stressful, so I understand what you're going through.HTH,jillOn 7/2/06, Eibhlin <eibhlinyah wrote: Hi Doc, I have had my baby girl Who is now 6 weeks old today on I.F.#3 for 8 days.. have slowing went up on the drops and she is now taking 19 drops, today she finally has had 1 good bowl movement and 1 little one.. Guest guest
Dear Eibhlin, This is good. I'd raise her up to 20 drops a day, and keep her there unless the number of BM's drops to less than two in which case raise it to 21 or more until you get two to four BM's a day again. As time goes by, your baby will even out and the pain will leave completely. She can take this formula till the cow's come home so don't worry about her getting too much.
