Does anyone know of any herbal remedies that can help? I know feverfew works and I am planning on recommending that, however I hear it can take up to two months to start working if you are taking it on a daily basis. The physical reasons could be several, plus there are mental issues that could contribute to this as well. Just last week I put out a whole list of "reasons why" people get headaches. Suggest you do a search to find this as it contained a lot of valuable information. You might want to also check the files as I've written this one up before. At least 50% of all headaches, including migraine, are actually caused by bowel problems. We'd need a lot more information than you've provided though to do a correct analysis of the basic underlying problem or condition. There is always a basic "why" these things occur, and almost invariably, you'll find there's a connection to toxicity and diet. The only exception to these are the mental ones mentioned above. She has a small brain tumor called a microaedinoma (sp?) anyways its benign and we think that is the cause of the migraines.
