I read that I should / could use a cleansing to help with these matters. I didn't really understand the total cleansing. I am not sure what echinacea plus or total tonic are. I don't know where to get cayenne tincture or enzymes. I am a child just learning . Can you please explain so that I can understand better? I also have a friend that has a daughter that was just diagnosed with Chron's Disease. Is there anything natural that can be done to help her? Thank-you.
