Oh my gosh I have been seriously thinking of doing the cleansing fast but I am thinking twice after reading your post. Eleven years ago I was told that i had two crushed vertabrae and two perforated disc with spurs that directly affects my lower body and legs.; that I was looking at surgery and a wheel chair. I was given a bag of medications to take. I never took one. I have had an aversion to pharmaceutical drugs for many years .And I refused surgery . Daily I do a little Tai chi, and a exercise routine. I can very easily bend over and pick up anything light of the floor.I walk outdoors during the day When pain does stike after doing too much, I will take a generic aspirin..But I remember the SEVERE pain that I went through years ago.And I do mean severe pain. To hear you causes me to flinch. My injury is at L-1 and

L-5. So please let us know if your back pain goes away. I wish you peace. Ihave always held tension in my shoulders and back, but I can honestlysay it's never hurt like this before. It is directly along my spine, especially in the middle, and up in my neck shooting down my shouldersand even making my hands and fingers tingley and numb at times. Italso hurts low, like in the kidney areas (I'm praying it's not stillthe kidneys themselves...). I can HEAR my neck and spine "SIZZLE" (Forlack of better

explaination) at night, or when everything is quiet, and at even the slightest movement I am cracking and popping along theway, ALL of which was never THIS bad before.I have no idea what is causing this... did I quit the cleanse toosoon? Did I go too long? I have been doing stretches constantlythrough the day (Feels good when I stretch but goes right back tohurting as soon as I stop) and have been exercising moderately. I havealso been taking salt baths. Nothing seems to be helping. It wastolerable at first, but now it is just interfering with life, and Ihave got to do something.I am now breaking my fast (Day 23)... and all went well! Made it to21! Everything else is great... I am now smoke free (Kicked thosenasty cigarettes for good! Been a month almost!) and have committed toa vegetarian diet and will do my best to avoid MSG as completely as Ican (Since lord knows what it's listed under anymore!!!)... and

whenwe move to the country next spring we will hopefully then be able tocommit to ALL organic as well. The only problem still prominent is theback pain. It's causing a slow down in my work, and I REFUSE to takeany pain supplements. I detoxed hard from those buggers, and am NEVERgoing that route again!I found a tea that has cat's claw (?) and some other blends, supposedto help with this sort of thing, but upon drinking it for 3 days, nochange. I would wonderfully appreciate ANY suggestions! I know I needto start getting massages, and a chiropractor or even accupuncturecould work wonders... but as of right now, my starving artist budgetbuys our food every week and that's about it, and in my area none ofthat is too mainstream, and therefore all of it is very pricey too.ANY suggestions would be so so greatly appreciated, as I NEED to beable to get back to work!!! I already took the last 3 weeks lightlybecause of

the cleanse, and the financial side of life took a hitbecause of it as it is... Thank you so much in advance... I truly appreciate everyone!Love and Blessings,~Raaven
