Hi, everyone!

I've been have GERD symptoms since mid-May, which I've never had in my life and came on suddenly. I finally was able to see a specialist last week and had an endoscopy, and it looks like I have a hiatal hernia as well. I am awaiting an ultrasound appointment, as I also have pain on my upper right-side that goes around to my back...so may have gallbladder issues as well. The pain in my chest was so severe that I was desperate to try anything...prescription Zantac made it worse, so now I'm on Losec (bad I know, but I need temporary relief until I get the ultrasound to get a handle on all that is going on). I have excruciating pain in my back between my shoulder blades that radiates up into my neck and the back of my head...doc says that could be due to the hiatal hernia and possibly gallbladder.

I did the Total Body Cleanse in January, and some may remember my descriptive Gall Bladder Flush where I counted 600+ stones (I never had any gallbladder symptoms then, by the way).

I cannot even eat vegetables...they seem to cause the most reflux and pain even with the Losec.

Can I do the Total Body Cleanse now again, or should I wait for the ultrasound first? My concern is doing " The Bomb " again, given that I'm having serious gallbladder pain and symptoms, so I'm scared that something will get lodged or the flush will send me into a gallbladder attack!

Help!

Thanks,Darlene

Dear Dar,

Time to do another Total Body Cleanse.

With the number of issues you have, I'd expect you to do 3 or 4 of them in your first year.

Just be thankful it doesn't take as long to get these problems handled as it did to get yerself into them.

You may want to do extra work on the Liver / Gallbladder this time. IE. Do the Bomb 2 days in a row.

:-)

Hi Darlene!

For most of my life I have had a 'cast iron stomach' and able to eat anything anytime. BUT!:

I too had a serious case of GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease) that was eroding my esophagus. MD put me on Prilosec when the tums did not work anymore and it worked on me for several years until my body backfired it.

[bTW taking any acid reducer (Nexium, Zantac, etc) should not be used for more than two weeks at a time, doing so can cause kidney stones (second hand info from a lodge brother).

During my research to find a natural cure I found this herbal remedies group.

The way I got rid of my GERD was to do the Intestinal cleanse #1 and #2 from the files section which caused me severe herxheimer reactions.

I took four tablespoons of Panther Piss = Body Balance + morning and night. Great things happened and I was able to lay down without having the acid run up my air way where sometimes I would inadvertently inhale it.

If I remember correctly it took about two weeks to re-balance my body and the GERD was gone. After I finished the cleanse I also started looking at my acid/alkaline (from the files) balance of foods.

Now I take two teaspoons full of Body Balance + morning and night and my esophagus has healed completely. Occasionally I get heartburn from eating tomato sauce based foods (spaghetti which I rarely eat now). My cure for that is to take one to two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) in a glass of warm water and viola heartburn is gone in minutes. Most times it will cause vigorous belching as the stomach acid is reduced.
