To all the " Headache Haters " at large,

Certain foods and or your environment can most certainly play a role in not

only headache situations but other health issues. It is really a good thing

to be tested for both so you can have a total grip. Both tests can reveal

things you can deal with in a reasonable way by distancing yourself from

whatever you are allergic to. This would be a good foundation to start with

for better all around health.

This Wednesday will be my 5th or 6th MRI in relation to headaches that have

pretty much been with me since 1966. An orbital fracture sent me to the

hospital for 49 days and life as I knew it before was forever changed.

Before I knew an over dose was in store for me it was around 20 Tylenols a

day to keep them at bay. To think that death could have come knocking really

bothers me.

As a Veteran and being service connected for the fracture the Veterans

Hospital in Miami started taking care of me. Boy, did I get run through the

ringer with the shrinks and endless list of drugs that I literally got worse

from in most cases.

Chiropractors help a lot keeping everything lined up.

Massage has helped a lot too.

Acupuncture has made a difference too.

Drinking a gallon of an anti inflammatory herbal tea combination is on the

list too.

Avoiding all the foods the food test showed me to be allergic to as well as

all junk food, fast food places and anything with sugar in it.

Plenty of sleep is a must.

I feel that my crying out to God has helped a lot too.

As we all well know, pain whatever it is, will make different people do

different things. I pray that you will make the right choices.

Absolutely - - - everything must be as totally copasetic as possible to not

eliminate the headaches but keep them down to a dull roar.

Hope this helps.

Take care and God bless,

John
