Ultimately, I would like to have a strong background in nutrition and

herbalism. I'm considering Dr. Christopher's School of Natural

Healing. But do I need an education from the standard college? My

plans are to major in nutrition and then pursue herbalism. I'm afraid

that at a " normal " college I will be taught many things that I do not

beleive. Would an education at a school such as Dr. Christopher's be

enough to have a consulting practice? If anything, I was thinking of

getting an associates degree in nutrition. I was also considering

Bastyer. Doc. would you go into a little more detail about why you do

not recommend them?

Just did this Trina.

See my earlier post on this re: Bastyr.

The best out there by far is Doc Christopher's "School of Natural Healing", however if you're looking for a "licence to practice", this will not give it to you.

I no longer "practice" but I do educate. When one educates in a classroom environment, one can not be accused of practicing medicine which is the big no-no. Not that I'd ever want to practice medicine LOL.

Heaven forbid. ;-)
