Guest guest
This is the Chinese name for Knotweed. The tea is made of the roots. However, I'd advise combining it with other herbs; e.g., nettle and rosemary for greying hair.. sukhirs <sukhirs wrote: Some one in last posts recommended for Fo-Ti to get rid of grey hairs. My question is which brand name you recommend for Fo-Ti. Guest guest
FoTi is also known as Shou Wu Chi (chinese herbal drink) and Ho shou wu (chinese herbal tablets). They can both be found at Chinese markets (usually in mid-large cities). You can also find the pure root. Do not web search it as you will get overpriced products. I pay around 4 bucks (sometimes 5) for a bottle of the shou wu chi and 5 bucks for tablets.
