When I first joined this group it was heavily moderated to ensure the false information so prevalent in today's society did not invade the pursuit of how our bodies actually work/what they need.Clearly there has been an increase in membership recently, bringing in all sorts of varying ideas on health and how it's achieved. I appeal to our moderators: please, please step in on some of these falsehoods being propagated! Most of the information provided by individuals constitutes a personal testimonial and should be considered as such and not be restricted in any way. When someone is seeking optimal health through natural remedies, all options should be available for the individual to consider for their personal situation. It seems we are now inundated with new members who are using the group to chat about their day, or the dh, or what the baby is doing today, blah blah blah... or even worse, the new members who wont even bother to research the archives nor the files section for information.
