Guest guest Posted June 23, 2006 Report Share Posted June 23, 2006 Does any one here have any advise for a remedy you can use that would relieve fulid in the knees, and painful joints , both of my knees are in much pain everytime i sit for a while and have to stand up they are always stiff and sore lately, I just had my second child whoo is now 6months and I had another just befor e her. I know that the hormone process takes ages to adjust, so I would just not worry and let nature take its course.
