OSTEOARTHRITIS IN THE KNEES

Hi honey.

Are you sure that it is arthritis? Have you been diagnosed as such? In pregnancy, a hormone is released that softens the ligaments ready to aid childbirth. in some women, the softening is so severe that the joints that have pressure put on them click in and out and cause huge pain. This happened to me in my second pregnancy, and every time I turned over in bed, I was in such agony until the joint 'clicked' back.

I know that the hormone process takes ages to adjust, so I would just not worry and let nature take its course. Someone else on this list might be able to offer supplement advice, but in my case it resolved on its own......Jane
