I have not done the 21 day fast but the shorter ones are always, for me anyway, hard to continue when feeling the herx effect.

Thank you so much, Bob ) I did look up this effect, and did some

good reading on a few things. Found it very interesting! ) And

encouraging!

 

As of today I am on day 15, and am staying on the juice fast, and will

until Thursday (day 21). Because it specifically is my Kidney giving

me the most grief, and I know this was the whole reason I decided to

do the fast, I have moved to the next step, Doc Schulze's 5 day Kidney

cleanse which allows more than just lemon juice, and also adds the

potassium broth. It will also lead me right into a good step by step

for breaking the fast. I am glad I decided to go this long, for I am

sure, if you have read any of my past posts you'll know that I already

KNEW I'd have a long hard detox! But it is so worth it!

 

In fact, I have decided that just the quitting smoking was enough to

go through this! The money I will SAVE on not buying nicotine will

SUPPORT my newly acquired vegetarian diet! )
