Hi Raaven: This is what I was thinking...

 

You say you want to break your Fast with fresh squeezed Orange

Juice...I think this is just a wonderful idea and I second it.

 

However: by drinking Orange Juice ONLY you are not really breaking

your fast are you? I thought fasting was where you do not eat any

food isn't it? You are not on a Water Fast You are on a juice fast.

 

So buy drinking Orange Juice you would still be on " a juice fast " .

 

So I would comtemplate begin to Incorporate the fresh squeezed

Orange Juice and Grapefruit Juice into your Cleanising Fast.

 

Grapefruit is excellent not only is G.J. high in Thiamine Vitamin B1

but it is a great fruit because it has a lot of Juice in it.

 

You can also use Tangerines...You should feel better immediatley. A.

 

Long term diet: Day 15 day 16 day 17 Citrus Juices made fresh daily.

 

Day 18 and day 19 Blender drinks with bananas and Citrus Juices.

 

(Do Doc;s Potassium Broth during all the days)Day 20 benders Day 21

Fruit Salads then Days 21-27 lots of fruit and greens Salads 3 a day-

I don't think grapefruit juice is high in Thiamine?!
