Guest guest Posted June 22, 2006 Report Share Posted June 22, 2006 I am just reading my e-mails as my computer had a " senior moment " this morning and couldn't remember how to re-boot until I reset settings! I read the e-mails concerning eat a high fruit and veggie diet. I guess my thoughts focus around these three items: *Cow's Milk (or other Mammel's Milk such as Goat Sheep Camel Buffalo) *Soy Milk(also known as Soy-Bean Milk) *Nut-Milks(such as Almonds; Pecans; Walnuts; Filberts) I am beginning to lean towards a balanced combo of all three. But I really looking forward to learning more abut making Nut-Milks: even Acorn Nut Milk! But I do not see the day in the near future when I stop drinking Cow's Milk...as a Vegetarian I drink milk to make sure I do not become vitamin Deficient. I see Soy Milk has less Calcium than Cow's.
