*** When I asked about Asians and their calcium sources I was just trying to make a point. Doc, I am also curious about your opinion on cow milk versus soy. If your interested in raw foods www.rawfoodtalk.com is a wonderful website for the beginner. It has inspired me to pursue the diet. When I get a dehydrator I want to give it a try. Trina ***

Dehydrator's a wonderful and my friend who is organic gardening sends so much stuff home with me I keep it going all the time. I seal up everything in airtight packages and store in the freezer. Soy has to be organic if you are going to use it, if not you are getting genetically manufactured beans and bad stuff for sure. Doc has already commented on this, go to the messages on the Herbal Remedies Webpage and type in Soy and everything you need to know should be there, this is way handy folks when we get into discussing things and it starts getting redundant. Just a tip so you can get info ASAP. Love and hugs.

You say that if I am not using organic then it is genetically manufactured and bad stuff for sure...I buy the shelled Edamame in the grocery, but it states quite clearly (large on the back) that it is 'Non-GMO'...but it does not say anything about organic (although two of the groceries around here sell it in their organic freezer section)..is this not at least better than nothing?? Just curious..

Thanks!!!
