Guest guest
*** I do believe in the pull of the moon... really, we were taught about it in elementary science class, so for those who think it's mumbo jumbo, well... if it works for the ocean, wouldn't that imply force on the rest of us too? ) And it's funny you mention that of getting in touch with our own bodies, because I have only gone "all natural" homeopathic since last January, and am currently also working on going vegetarian, after my fast, and already I am realizing that if we actually "Listen" and pay attention, we DO know better than anyone else what is and is not good. Little things at first, but as time passes so does my "gut instinct" get stronger. I think it's honestly just because I got off the "drugs" and actually make time to pay attention now! But it IS marvelous! I took a bath last night with sea salts and some Epsom and tea tree oilsoap as well (no full moon, but the next one won't be til after the fast...) and it was very enjoyable. Helped with menstrual cramps as well Raaven*** You didn't mention if you started your period before or after the bath, the salts will tend to bring this on. My daughter has problems with her cycle and when she visits me she usually goes into the ocean for a swim as it right outside our front deck. She always starts her period when she does this. I have heard the sea salt and Epson salts will also induce this. I've passed your post onto her, she has PSOC and used to suffer a lot, she has started doing much of what you are doing and is currently experiencing good health. She is blown away by my vigor and health returning in these past 10 years. I used to be an example of what everyone needs to avoid. Too many pills, to much illness and low energy. I'm 62 and look and feel absolutely wonderful. Positive self image will get us a long way in this time called life. Good luck to you Raaven for all your hard work. Keep it up. Love, Micki > Hi Micki I actually started my cycle only minutes before the bath, but just barely. I have had issues my whole life as well, and usually I suffer like crazy for up to three days on the " just barely phase " before fully starting. However, the bath DID have an effect on " kicking it into full gear " . The following day, for about half the day, my cramps and dizziness was pretty bad, but with a hot water bottle and a cool fan on me I got through it without any drugs. Took another bath that night and last night as well and I have been feeling great ever since! The cramps were slim to none, and within three days the cycle seems to be almost complete! I usally run easily for a good 5 - 6 days. If it's ok to ask, what is PSOC? I have been diagnosed with so many things because of female problems in the last 5 years it's not funny, but I don't believe I know that one. I feel honored to have been blessed with this journey of health and truly living at such an early age, and finding this group has helped me tremendously as well... I will be 30 next year, but was already living and even looking like I was in my 40's until I started realizing there had to be a better way. Much love and blessings for continued healing to your daughter, I truly feel her pain! But it is ALL so worth it! And what a benefit for us to be able to share the pure love we find in all this great knowledge! Thank you, Micki, for all your information and encouragement... You are a model spirit Love and Blessings, ~Raaven
