Hi Raine My name is Anne I am 55 yr.s young and live in Conn USA

I understand your " concern " about taking Nutrients in " Pill form vs.

Food form. "

However: I did not recommend a *Pill of Biotin daily* because I

thought it might be a good idea.

No; rather I recommend a *Pi;; of Biotin daily to those who have had

any type of Stomaach Surgery and here's why...

*After Stomach Surgery the stomach is " impaired " and needs " help " to

digest it;s food.

The John's Hopkins University recommends this pill of *Biotin*.

They do this because they know that patients who take the *Biotin " do

batter in the long run after Stomach Surgery than patients who do not

take the Pill of Biotin daily after the stomach-problems. The highest

source of *Biotin* is found in *Cooked Eggs*. The Pill augments this.

Thats good to know about the eggs. You know what else I have read that helps with any surgery is put castor oil pack on the area before and after the surgery and it will help speed recovery. Hi: Yeah Eggs do have the highest Source of Biotin known but here is

the catch...ONLY if the Egg is cooked!

RAW-eggs will actually Reduce Biotin; but this is known for decades.

You know; I am really beginning to believe in the Healing Power of

Oils like Castor Oil; Almond Oil; Olive Oil; Fish Oils and the like.

I have been thinking a lot about how applying *Therapeutic Oils*

EXTERNALLY could help reudce Bumps; lumps; boils and the like.

Some one wrote once about lump in stomach...put Oils on everynight;

sush as the Castor Oil Packs that Gina and others have explained.

I SEE HOW THE OILS PENETRATE THE SKIN LIKE NO OTHER SUBSTANCE. Anne.
