I have a friend in SLovenia who suffers with intense pain from enthesopatia

levator scapula

 

There is a compression affecting the nerve in the spine in the neck and somehow

the shoulder is affected too.

Does anyone have any personal cures or remedies for this. In Slovenia, they

only give pain pills.
