Guest guest
Much less expensive than buying Magnesium oil is buying 5 or 10 pounds of Nigari (used in Tofu making) which can be easily made into Magnesium oil at home. You can't do both accurately, so do the vitamin C to bowel tolerance, and take the magnesium in liquid form transdermally. Never gets to the bowel. You can find liquid magnesium at www.magneticclay.com or, I just read somewhere, Whole Foods now sells some brand of magnesium oil. Either will do. > > I have sleep apnea too but have never heard of this treatment. Let us know if it works, please. > Marji > >

Guest guest
I have some nigari and have been making it into a spray (equal parts magnesium to hot water and dissolve). This is kind of messy for me and I’d like to hear about how to make an oil. Can you explain please? Guest guest
Dissolve the nigari in warm water. Keep adding more and more nigari until no more will go into solution. This saturated solution is the same as the " oil " you can buy. Guest guest
Dissolve the nigari in warm water. Keep adding more and more nigari until no more will go into solution. Let it sit overnight. If all the nigari has dissolved, add some more. This saturated solution is the same as the " oil " you can buy. Guest guest
Check the internet for nigari. I have not ordered from these folks but they have a variety of sizes so you won't have to buy 10 pounds. http://www.myworldhut.com/products/Nigari-Flakes-Food-Grade-Tofu-Solidifier-From\ -Japan-Bulk.html Dissolve the nigari in warm water.
